We’re looking for a proactive and committed Housing Officer to join our Landlord Services team on a 12 month fixed term basis. This is an exciting and varied role where you will support tenants, manage tenancies effectively, and help us provide safe, sustainable homes.
As a Housing Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing a patch of properties and working closely with tenants to ensure they understand and meet the terms of their tenancy.
You’ll work to prevent arrears, support sustaining tenancies, handle breaches of tenancy agreements, and take early action when issues arise.
Your work will be busy and varied, ranging from tenancy sign-ups and inspections to court attendance, estate management, partnership working, and supporting vulnerable residents. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same.
