Lons Infant School is looking to appoint an experienced KS1 Teacher from September 2026 to 31st August 2027 with a view for the post to become permanent afterwards. The successful applicant will have recent experience and excellent knowledge of the curriculum for KS1. They will have a passion for teaching, have high expectations of the children and of themselves as well as a strong belief in every child’s potential.
We are an inclusive school, where all our children are at the heart of everything we do and where they are loved and nurtured as individuals.
The school has undergone significant change in leadership and has made many positive changes to strengthen its curriculum to ensure that it is broad, ambitious and meets the needs of pupils in mixed-aged group classes. (Ofsted April 2025)
