We are seeking a caring, reliable, and committed individual to join our team as a Care Assistant.
The role involves supporting pupils with personal care, medical, and physical needs, and working closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure pupils can access learning safely and with dignity.
The successful candidate will have experience of working with children or young people, a patient and respectful approach, and the ability to follow individual care plans and school procedures. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, along with a clear understanding of safeguarding and child welfare. Willingness to undertake relevant training, including personal care and medical support, is required.
