Now, we are looking for a passionate and committed Apprentice Teaching Assistant to play a vital role in supporting this vision at Springfield Academy. 

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant Apprentice, you will support pupils’ learning and development as part of a dedicated team. Working under the direction of the Academy Leader, you will help pupils engage in academy life, develop independence, and achieve their full potential while contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment. 

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting pupils and helping them achieve their full potential. You will be a positive team player with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Experience is not essential, but a genuine interest in education and supporting pupils to succeed is key.
