We’re looking for a Care Worker Community to join our team at Thomas Fields Extra Care helping the residents lead independent, dignified lives.
As a Care Worker Community you’ll be ensuring people stay healthy, happy and well in their own homes by helping with a variety or everyday tasks including assisting with medication.
You don’t need need previous experience as we’ll give you all the training and support you need to do the job.
You will need to work a three shift pattern on a rota basis.
