Derbyshire County Council have an exciting opportunity for a caring and determined Community Care Worker to join our South team in the Amber Valley Locality. Evening work may be required on occasion, but weekend work is not an expectation of the role.
The position is within a busy social work team with an experienced and committed group of colleagues, supported by a highly competent Practice Supervisor and experienced Team Manager.
We are looking for motivated and dedicated applicants who can demonstrate a passion for working with vulnerable individuals within society and making a difference to children and families.
