An opportunity has arisen to join our Customer Service’s team as a Customer Experience Officer, handling complaints and Freedom of Information requests as well as working in a front facing role at the Council’s Main Reception.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience handling official complaints and Freedom of Information requests using case management software.
The Council would like to hear from people who have the ability to work alone as well as part of a team, someone who is self-motivated and committed to Customer Care.
The post-holder will be required to work at the Civic Offices but will have an opportunity to work from home on occasions.
