The successful candidate will be an excellent Early Years Educator who inspires and motivates children in their play, and recognises the power of outdoor learning. We are looking for someone who has an ability to work as part of a team and support in the development of all of our children. They must also have the ability to nurture strong and open relationships with staff, children and families to raise aspiration and improve achievement.
Experience in a Nursery provision AND a Level 3 qualification in childcare are essential.
