Education and Employment Support Officer
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Employment and Skills team for enthusiastic and motivated individual to join as Education and Employment Support Officer.
This role will play a vital part in supporting young people to make successful transitions into education, employment or training.
The Role
As an Education and Employment Support Officer, you will be based in the Youth Employment Support (YES) Hub to provide high‑quality, impartial information, advice and guidance to young people aged 16 – 24, helping them to progress into appropriate post‑16 education, employment or training opportunities. Support will be delivered through a mix of face‑to‑face, group‑based and digital interventions, tailored to individual needs.
You will work closely with young people, families, education providers and partner agencies to ensure timely and positive progression.
