An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Estates Team at Derbyshire County Council for a dynamic and committed individual to support the Council’s Corporate Property objectives.
Derbyshire County Council is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Estates Surveyor – you will form part of the Estates Management Team supporting the Senior Estates Manager in providing the Council with professional and technical advice on real estate issues to senior managers and client departments, along with managing the Council’s property portfolio to promote best value in the use of Derbyshire County Council’s land and property assets.
You will be joining a team of eager and ambitious Property Professionals and have a manager who is supportive and keen to facilitate your development.
Based in one of England’s most beautiful areas, including the Peak District National Park, with flexibility as to the mix of home working and from offices based in picturesque Matlock and across the County.
