The City of Lincoln Council are looking to appoint a Contract Support Officer to join our Maintenance Team based at Hamilton House. At the City of Lincoln Council, we pride ourselves on providing sustainable homes for our residents. We own and manage more than 7,700 properties within the City of Lincoln, carrying out over 32,000 repairs every year.
The successful candidate’s duties will involve assisting the Service Manager in the delivery of the Council’s Housing Repairs Service, as well as providing technical support to the Maintenance Manager and other officers of the service.
Proficient use of computerised systems is essential, including data input and analysis using both proprietary systems and Microsoft Office. You should possess excellent customer care, presentation and communication skills. The role also requires effective organisational skills to meet challenging deadlines and interactive attendance at meetings with colleagues, tenants and Members.
