We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our Housing Systems team.
The role will require you to work collaboratively as part of a small systems administration team, with precise attention to detail, providing a first point of contact customer-focused service in line with the service level agreements.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the Housing Systems Officer in the provision of the Housing IT support service.
- Provide technical advice on the most appropriate means of providing and making use of available IT.
- Provide support in the delivery of IT projects across a range of housing projects.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Ability to be creative and innovate whilst providing systems support, and to communicate both technical and non-technical language to colleagues at all levels whilst maintaining a professional image.
- Ability to determine priorities and manage work effectively to deadlines.
- Ability to develop and maintain constructive and effective working relationships, internally and externally, sharing information and progress reports
- Ability to make decisions using own initiative.
- Prepared to work flexibly to accommodate rotas and, on occasion, working outside normal office hours e.g. to facilitate system upgrades or resolve urgent issues.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, specifically EXCEL (complex data analysis), to clearly present management information data.
