18.5 hours per week Wednesday afternoon, Thursday and Friday
Are you committed to helping vulnerable people to move into and maintain independent tenancies? Are you organised, self motivated and a good team player with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience of working with vulnerable people, preferably in a social housing environment? If so, we would love to hear from you.
You would be joining a small team dedicated to supporting vulnerable tenants. Your main duties will be to:
Advise on benefit eligibility and provide help in making applications
Provide budgeting advice
Maximise support from other agencies
Advise and support tenants to set up tenancies and comply with tenancy agreements
Work positively with internal and external teams and partners
