Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is searching for the latest members of #TeamCBC!

We are looking for passionate individuals who are customer focused, team player’s and want to help improve our local communities in Charnwood.

The Council is looking for 5 new Housing Standards Officers to join the Private Sector Housing Team to assist in delivery of the Renter’s Rights Act 2025.

Your primary focus will be ensuring the quality and standard of privately rented housing in Charnwood.  You’ll do this by responding to complaints about disrepair from private tenants, building good relationships with landlords and tenants, completing inspections and reports. We’re committed to your personal and professional development and we’ll offer training to you if you need it.
