Midday Supervisor

We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic person to join our fantastic and friendly team. We are a small infant school based in Brimington. We are proud of our warm, welcoming ethos and strong sense of community, where every child is supported to “reach for the stars.”

This role involves supporting children during the lunchtime period, ensuring a safe and happy environment both in the dining hall and on the playground.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise pupils during lunch in the dining hall and playground.
• Encourage positive play and good behaviour.
• Assist with minor first aid when required.
• Work as part of a team to maintain a safe and enjoyable lunchtime experience.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with children.
• Enjoy working outside in all weathers!
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to promote positive behaviour and inclusion.
