Derbyshire Adult Community Education Service has a vacancy for a Programme Development Worker (PDW) with responsibility for 14-19 teaching and learning on study programme at Bolsover Adult Community Centre S44 6PP and the Supported Internship programme at Chesterfield Royal Hospital.
The contract is for 29.6 hours per week (0.8 fte) worked Monday to Friday (daytime). You will work between the sites most often spending a whole day at one rather than travelling within the working day.
The PDW role includes teaching and assessing (as a qualified tutor) and time allocated for a variety of managerial duties supporting the development of programmes, management of delivery staff, promotion and improvement of teaching and learning within DACES provision, liaison with partner agencies and families; monitoring achievement and progression and recruiting learners.
