The Estates and Building Team is looking for interested individuals who would be keen to support Council staff within Ripley HQ and other Council managed buildings across the Borough.
 
The role is likely to suit someone who has experience in dealing with members of the public, has good communication skills to provide a high level of customer service and are flexible in terms of their hours of work i.e. early mornings, evenings and weekends.
 
Experience of opening and closing facilities would be advantageous but don’t worry if you haven’t necessarily got all the experience asked for– if you’re enthusiastic and keen to learn then we’d still like to hear from you!
 
A brief overview of the role:
 

Opening and closing buildings and facilities
Taking room bookings
Welcoming and liaising with hirers
Ensuring the facilities are set up appropriately, clean, and safe ready to use
Checking and reporting maintenance issues and stock checking items
Being familiar with how the IT system and equipment works to show others
Overseeing and supervising domestic operatives
