We are looking for a Senior Business Services Assistant to lead on the delivery and supervision of high quality and effective systems support in the Administration Team in Legal Services. This is an exciting opportunity to really make this role your own and have a strong influence on how we support and deliver our service.

The centralised Administration Team is focused on providing technical and other support across Legal Services including the implementation of the new Iken case management system to drive efficiencies. 

You will be key in providing a flexible, agile and responsive systems support service across Legal Services and will deputise for the Business Services Officer when unavailable. 

You will supervise a small team of Business Services Assistants. You will need to have appropriate systems technical skills and knowledge to enable the Legal Team to focus on work requiring legal input and maximising their efficiency.

Our Legal Team is contractually based in Matlock, Derbyshire, but we work on a flexible basis which includes options for home working.  There’ll be an opportunity to discuss future working arrangements at interview.
