We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Relief Senior Care Worker to support our amazing care team!
Your Role:
• Lead and mentor care staff
• Deliver personal care with dignity and respect
• Allocate daily tasks ️
• Administer medication
• Create person-centred care plans
• Promote best practices and high-quality care
️ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) are essential to ensure smooth teamwork and effective handovers
Requirements:
• QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care ✅
• Willingness to work early and late shifts ⏰
• Full training provided
