We are a popular school in the heart of Duffield. We are looking to appoint an HLTA on a fixed term contract for the rest of the academic year (two terms). Continuation of the role after that date will be subject to review, depending on budget/pupil numbers.
Working predominantly within KS2, the successful candidate must be willing to work across both key stages, co-ordinating a team of teaching assistants and working closely with the teachers.
This role will require a high level of organisational skills as well as being able to think/adapt on the spot.
