Are you passionate about early intervention, community wellbeing and improving outcomes for children, young people and families? We are looking for an experienced and motivated Wellbeing and Prevention Coordinator to join our Health and Community Wellbeing Service on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a key leadership role within Living Well Rutland, with a strong focus on delivering the Best Start in Life agenda and providing operational leadership for Family Hub services, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time.

As a Wellbeing and Prevention Coordinator, you will play a central role in delivering and coordinating Family Hub services and embedding the Best Start in Life approach across universal provision. Your responsibilities will include:

As a Wellbeing and Prevention Coordinator, you will be required to work flexibly, when the community needs support. A full UK driving license is required to enable the post holder to travel around the county. Evening and weekend work may also be required.
The successful applicant for the Community and Wellbeing Worker post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us.
The Wellbeing and Prevention Coordinator face to face interviews will be held on 01 April 2026. Please be advised this could be subject to change, in which case we will give appropriate notice.
