Customer Services Advisor – 9 month Fixed Term with potential for extension.
Part Time, 29.6 hours per week
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Services Team, based primarily at our Retford offices with flexibility to work at other sites as required. You will deliver a high-quality, front-line service as the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of enquiries relating to Benefits, Council Tax, Housing, Planning and other Council services, as well as operating the Council’s switchboard facilities.
This varied and rewarding role offers excellent opportunities to develop and enhance your customer service skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be committed to delivering exceptional customer care, with strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A professional, courteous approach, strong team working and the flexibility to meet service demands are essential to succeed in this role.
